Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect any email subscription you hold with us.

With partners. When you submit information through our forms and ask to be connected with services, we may share your contact information with relevant partners (including healthcare providers and wellness companies) who can deliver services aligned with your stated interests. Partners are bound by their own privacy policies. Mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared this way, as described in the Text Messaging and Mobile Information section above.
